Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content on techreveals infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our email with the following information:

• The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly. Repeat infringers may be barred from the website.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake.
